Prism has a wide range of auditing modules/tools which provide the necessary accounting type controls throughout the system. This module allows for tracking of invoices, zeroed inventory as well as the capability to reconcile all invoices and credits done within Prism, in comparison to an external accounting software that Prism has integrated into. The reconciliation report is the accountant’s dream, as discrepancies are automatically found and can be easily dealt with, so that everything between Prism and the accounting software matches perfectly.
